Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) tapping is a powerful self-help tool that combines elements of cognitive therapy and acupressure. By gently tapping on specific meridian points on the body while focusing on stressors or negative emotions, EFT helps to release emotional blockages and reduce stress. This technique encourages the body’s natural healing process, promoting emotional balance and mental clarity. Often used to address a range of issues from anxiety to chronic pain, EFT tapping provides a simple yet effective way to manage and transform emotional challenges.
