My 1:1 Philosophy
Burnout is a complex multidimensional affliction that requires a potent approach from someone who's been where you are now, came out the other side successfully and can help you in all areas of your life. Why all areas? Our life is made up of many layers including: mental, physical, emotional, relationships, sacred (this can be spiritual, religious, connection to higher power or if you don't identify with those, it's the center of your morals, ethics & beliefs) & social (your experience with the outside world, events, community etc.) Burnout often has an affect on many of these life layers. That's why, while I specialize in burnout, I use a powerful combination of the Burnout Boss Signature Process with Life & Career coaching. This approach allows me to help those struggling with burnout currently and those taking action to prevent it. For leaders this means gaining the leadership skills necessary to keeping yourself and your teams free from burnout which creates more productivity, engagement, & retention. For entrepreneurs it means helping you achieve work-life integration versus work-life balance, to create that balance you desire while while still generating massive success.

How Is Coaching Different Than Therapy?
-
Coaching is future-focused and helps you create actionable plans and strategies to achieve your goals. Coaching focuses on the present and future, while therapy often delves into the past to address past traumas or unresolved issues. While we will go over your history and might touch on the past, it's brief in order to eliminate limiting beliefs.
-
Coaching is goal-oriented and action-driven, whereas therapy typically focuses on healing and emotional processing.
-
Coaching is usually short-term and results-oriented, with a focus on specific outcomes and measurable progress. Therapy, on the other hand, can be long-term and aims to explore deep-rooted psychological issues.
-
Coaching empowers you to take ownership of you personal and professional development, fostering a sense of autonomy and self-efficacy. You will use the tools you learn with coaching throughout the rest of your life.
-
Coaching provides you with practical tools, resources, and techniques to enhance your performance, productivity, and overall well-being.
-
Coaching can be utilized by individuals who do not have significant mental health concerns but still want to improve specific areas of their life or career.
Can I See A Coach While In Therapy?
Yes! Coaching can be a valuable complement to therapy, as it focuses on different aspects of personal and professional growth that may not be addressed in therapy sessions. Depending on the depth of burnout and unique factors I may recomend clients see a therapist while working with me.
